About Us

Stitches In Time was started more than 22 years ago following a period of grieving and loss for loved ones gone too soon. At its conception and as is now, I wanted the shop to be a gathering place for sharing and fostering the exchange of ideas while making time with our stitching projects.

Stitches In Time is still that place where we stitch and play. We have traveled together, whether to France or down that road of life. We have laughed, cried, and celebrated together.

My educational background is rooted in science and health sciences. I am a retired Dentist with a specialty in Prosthetics; hence, my interest in dimensional stitching. Many times my project classes will involve wiring, weaving, long and short stitching, and silk ribbon work. While time has marched on, I continue to follow and trust in my journey all the while expanding the boundaries to include other forms of needle art.

Come join me and my shop angels for workshop and project classes. We also host visiting teachers on occasion. Tony Minieri will be joining us in France next year, 2018, to teach one of his original creations! A Must Do!

Thank you for taking the time to read about us. I wish you good health and many hours of happy stitching. Trust in your journey.
